I had a great experience at Golden Vision Optometry and I’m really grateful for how kind and patient everyone was. Dr. Fan helped me with my eye exam and prescription and made everything easy to understand. Karina was amazing to talk to and helped me choose between prices without any pressure. Helen at the front desk was so welcoming and even helped me with putting in my lenses. Patrick was incredibly patient and walked me through the steps of putting in contacts until I felt comfortable. For some context, my first visit didn’t go well and I spent almost two hours trying without success. Even then, everyone was so supportive and encouraging. I came back the following week and they remembered me and gave me extra help. The customer service and reassurance meant a lot to me. I finally got my contacts in and I’m so happy. They have an amazing Optometrist Dr. Jennie J. Fan, OD (Optometry Doctor) with a great bedside manner. She is a great listener easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions regarding once eye health. Her attention to detail during my routine eye exam was wonderful. I called ahead and asked about initial cost I am a Self-pay patient (out of pocket cash patients are regarded with the same dignity and respect as patients covered by insurance benefits. Her willingness to go the extra mile and follow up with my primary physician regarding my eyes health was very much appreciated. I felt important like my eye health and I mattered. Zack was great every step of the way, from explaining all my insurance options to giving me advice on each pair of glasses and I got the perfect pair of Jimmy Choos when I came in to get my lenses changed to a pair Tom Ford glasses I had already owned. I'm so happy that he helped me decide and stay after closing to help me! He is definitely an asset to your team

WOW. Zach is literally the best technician and representative of an optometry company I have ever met. He is precise, meticulous, friendly, caring and customer centric. He fixed a very difficult pair of glasses that were in pretty bad shape due me stepping on them in the middle of the night. Because of his care, quality of skill and timeliness, I can now see with glasses again. I am now going to send my kids here for checkups. This is the #1 optometry place in Irvine because of Zach and the friendly, kind and knowledgable receptionist named Karina. Karina was also a great listener, helpful and informative beyond most receptionists. This is a 5 star place- please do your eye care here if you're in this area!

Staff very friendly and Dr. Fan was very helpful by telling me what was happening next. I've worn glasses for a long time (I'm 72) and I've had many eye exams. She was patient and for the first time ever, I saw my own eyes and compared to examples of eyes that had macular degeneration, etc., and could see "with my own eyes" what she was diagnosing for me. I had "nothing exciting" ... her words" and was pleased to know my eyes were in "fine shape for a many my age." I was pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of everyone, and that deserves a 10 in my book.
